Randy Lawrence works in Physical Therapy at Sycamore. He was nominated by a co-worker and his nomination reads:
There was a patient that remained hospitalized on her husband’s birthday. During her therapy treatment she shared her story with Randy. After Randy completed his treatment he arranged for the patient to have a “candlelight” dinner in her room by taping a pen light on and creating a stand for the light to sit in. The patient was so pleased with Randy’s kindness that she asked he be recognized with a star search.
Randy went above and beyond to arrange a special dinner for the patient and her husband. I can tell you first hand that the patient was very grateful and will never forget this birthday celebration.
