Southview Baby Fair Featured Free Car Seat Safety Checks, Dads Derby & Runway Show

Southview had everything to help expecting moms and their families prepare for the arrival of their new babies at the August 17 Baby Fair.

Over 400 attendees at the free event could tour Southview’s maternity unit, visit retail booths, talk to baby doctors, and sign up for childbirth classes.

Grandview Medical Center police officers inspected 18 car seats. A fire truck from the Washington Township Fire Department was on display.

The baby fair also featured:

  1. Change the baby doll’s diaper
  2. Pack the bag for the hospital
  3. Place the baby doll in the car seat
  4. Drink milk from the baby bottle
