2018 W-2s are now available in employee self service (UltiPro) for all employees.
You can reach the employee self service portal by clicking on the “$” icon at the footer of the intranet. Within the UltiPro menu, select “W-2” under the Pay category. For detailed instructions on how to view or print your W-2, please view the Form W-2 View and Print reference on the Payroll intranet page.
There is a dedicated 2018 Year-end and W-2 Information section of the Payroll intranet page, should you have any questions.
UltiPro also has a partnership with TurboTax that allows you to import your W-2 directly to ensure data accuracy. If you are interested in this feature, please see the Importing Your W-2 into TurboTax guide.
Please note: W-2 printing is being handled by UltiPro. Paper copies are being mailed directly to employees who have elected to receive a paper copy of their 2018 W-2 by the IRS deadline of January 31.
