Access your online 2020 W-2 using ESS by clicking on the $ icon at the footer of the KHN intranet page. Within the UltiPro ESS menu, select “W-2” under the Pay category. For detailed instructions on how to view or print your W-2, please check out the W2 knowledge article in myHR.
UltiPro also has a partnership with TurboTax allowing you to import your W-2 directly to ensure data accuracy. If you are interested in this feature, please view your online W-2 via UltiPro ESS, select the ‘W-2 to TurboTax’ button at the top of your W-2.
Please note: W-2 printing is being handled by UltiPro. Paper copies are being mailed directly to employees who have elected to receive a paper copy of their 2020 W-2 by the January 31st IRS deadline.
