Congratulations to Alex Dudley, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s September Employee of the Month. Alex works in Adult Psych.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Alex was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Alex is such an exceptional employee. He not only improves the lives of patients, but he also improves the lives of his co-workers every day. Alex has the ability to control the milieu incredibly well, meeting everyone’s needs while making sure patients adhere to standards of conduct. Alex demonstrates a collaborative spirit by being willing to cover positions that are very energy-draining as well as offering advice and support from his years of expertise. Alex uses his authentic self to connect to patients on a deeper level to enact meaningful changes in their lives.
