Amanda Drake Named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s December Employee of the Month

Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Amanda Drake, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s December Employee of the Month. Amanda works in Evaluation Services.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Amanda was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Amanda has a great resiliency. She is able to give and accept constructive criticism without feeling it is personal. We work in a very chaotic environment, and Amanda keeps a cool head. I want to commend Amanda for her ability to maintain her calm, even under pressure. She has been so very creative, and supportive with my doc appointments. I know maintaining the schedules for the BHAT team is like herding bats. It’s a role she’s taken on seemingly effortlessly. On top of that, she is always filling in the holes in schedules herself, and always does an exemplary job with our consumers. If she could bottle some of her energy for sale I would certainly buy a flask or two.”
