Congratulations to Amber Olds, who was named Prestige’s February Employee of the Month. Amber works in Accreditation Management.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Amber was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Amber has gone above and beyond in working to implement electronic network accreditation binders. She has been innovative as she learned to use OneNote and made it work for each facility in the network. She has been collaborative in identifying key stakeholders and engaging them in owning the process. Amber has shown competency when no training was available by learning the program, and promoting it across the network. By utilizing this process we are eliminating the paper copies (a huge cost savings), and saving time by utilizing a network approach to survey readiness. Amber has taken on this project with grace and competence. She made a difficult process change with many players and across multiple facilities. Her co-workers are very grateful to her for taking on and succeeding with this project.”
