We have been requested by CompuNet Clinical Labs to notify our physicians of requested information when ordering COVID-19 tests that are being performed at the University of Dayton arena site.
Please remember to have patient’s name, date of birth, address, and phone number on all scripts. This will decrease the delay in the process of the test.
As a reminder: They will only be testing patients that meet the clinical indications.
