Congratulations to Ann Miller, who was named Prestige’s November Employee of the Month! Ann works in the network’s Transfer Call Center.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Ann was nominated by her manager, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Ann has taken it upon her own initiative to help with several business development/outreach initiatives for our department without any additional compensation or reward. She worked with Marketing to develop new magnets to have physician liaisons distribute to spread the word about Kettering Health Network. She also worked with Marketing to have professional group photos taken of our teams and new brochures for our department developed. Awesome job, Ann!”
