Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Ashley Knaul-Lemons, who was named Greene Memorial Hospital’s January Employee of the Month. Ashley works in PICC Line.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Ashley was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Ashley goes above and beyond every day. She has an infectious positive attitude toward everyone. She is mentioned regularly in the monthly employee rounding and during rounding with the patients. Ashley has taken ownership of education for the PICC department. She sees where the needs are and develops a plan to address those education needs. Ashley has also volunteered and set up a training day at Soin in the stress lab to help improve the process of the lab at Greene Memorial Hospital. Ashley is a huge help and very dependable. I am so grateful for her and all she does for us at Greene Memorial Hospital.”
