Attendance Guidelines Effective 3-1 for All Employees

During the pandemic, Kettering Health Network, along with other area hospitals, decided to temporarily flex our attendance guidelines in the Conduct and Discipline Policy. With over 50% of our employees being vaccinated and community numbers decreasing, effective 3/1/2021, COVID-19 related absences will follow attendance guidelines as outlined in the Conduct and Discipline Policy.
