Congratulations to Belinda McCain, Crystal Carson, and Kayla Holloway, who were recognized for receiving the constellation award in November for their amazing teamwork.
The award recognizes strong teams that come together to serve patients and each other. They demonstrate a calling to care, live the network’s values, and show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior. You can read their nomination story below:
“Crystal and Belinda are both care navigators here in the practice. Kayla is the clinic supervisor. They are all very hard and diligent workers, always here for the patients and their co-workers. One morning sitting at their desks, they witnessed outside their window a bike rider hit a parked car. The girls ran outside and started helping the pedestrian. He had a large laceration on his forehead, and while Kayla was taking vitals, she was asking questions to him. He was dazed and confused and not aware of some of the answers. One of the girls called his wife, one of the girls ran inside to grab a physician, and the other stayed with the gentleman waiting on the squad to come and get him to transport to the hospital.”
