Did you know that as an employee of Kettering Health, you are eligible for benefits when pursuing or continuing your education at Kettering College?

There are two resources available:

  • EdCor: Employees can apply for education assistance (EdCor) which covers up to $21,000 toward a degree. The assistance is available for all programs offered at Kettering College. For more information about EdCor and its application process, log into HealthStream from the intranet and watch the KH Education Assistance course.
  • RN-to-BSN discount: Students enrolled in the RN-to-BSN program at Kettering College who have been determined EdCor-eligible by the HR department receive a $75 discount off the $325 per credit hour RN-to-BSN tuition rate. After the discount is applied, students will pay $250 per credit hour.

Below are details about two Kettering College nursing programs with upcoming application deadlines available for those interested in continuing their education.

Online RN-to-BSN program

The online RN-to-BSN program is designed for the working RN.  It is offered online in seven-week sessions and highly flexible. You can begin nursing courses in either August, January, or May.

  • Fall semester: August 1

LPN-to-BSN program

Admission to the LPN-to-BSN track occurs one time during the academic year for fall entry. Applications and supporting documents (transcripts, test scores, etc.) are accepted until January 31.
