Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Benjamin Parker, who was named Kettering Medical Center’s March Employee of the Month. Benjamin works in security at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Benjamin was nominated by a fellow employee, and his nomination is as follows:

“Officer Parker always helps in any way he can, often cleaning rooms and helping on the unit in addition to his duties in security. He is positive, upbeat, and friendly, but can be serious and straightforward when the situation warrants. Always aware of the building security and patients who may present a risk to themselves or staff, Officer Parker gives the staff and patients peace of mind.”
