Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Brian Ward, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s May Employee of the Month. Brian works in Adolescent Psych at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Brian was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:

“Brian is a prime example of a leader. Over the past several months, I have witnessed Brian hold new, oncoming staff members to a standard for success. His ability to educate and support his staff is beyond recognition. He fuels his team with his energy, enlightens us with his intelligence, and holds us to a standard that has kept the Adolescent Unit successful as a team. Recently, I have witnessed his ability to support and educate the youth of our unit. Although many of our patients may not see it, Brian has graced this unit with structure and support that could withstand any hurricane.”
