Each year during Hospital Week, Kettering Health Network celebrates our team members who carry out our mission and display our values each day. Despite the challenges and obstacles over the past year, the commitment from our employees is as strong as ever, as we see the hope and healing you bring to our communities.
During the week of May 9-15, we want to thank you, the people who carry our mission forward. This year’s Hospital Week celebrations include
- An employee celebration box mailed to your home – which includes a message of thanks and items focused on the general well-being of each individual at the network.
- On-campus events where you can pick-up a t-shirt and popcorn while enjoying music and a photo op. There will be plans for safety and social distancing in place. We will also have ways for employees to order their free t-shirt if they aren’t able to pick one up on distribution day or if they are working remotely. Off-site departments will receive a party-in-a-box with t-shirts and popcorn to help them celebrate as a team.
- Multiple challenges like a bingo card, photo submissions, trivia, and more. Those who complete and submit their challenges will have the chance to win a prize.
