Read Time: 1 min

Note: Parking garage gate activation will be delayed until January 25, 2021 to ensure all permitted staff receive their RFID badges. The Parking Policy & Procedure is attached here for reference if needed.

Kettering Medical Center is changing its parking pass process for the Central and Boonshoft garages starting January 25, 2021. The new process will allow a limited number of Kettering medical Center employees to purchase a parking pass for the Boonshoft garage for a $35 monthly fee. Individuals who currently have a parking pass for the Boonshoft garage will be given the opportunity to renew their pass by Kettering Health Network Police. Space is limited in the Boonshoft garage, but if you would like to request to be put on a waitlist to obtain a parking pass, you can visit myHR and select “Payroll,” then “KMC Parking Request,” and then selecting the “day shift” option on the ticket. Employees will be waitlisted on a first come, first serve basis.

Kettering Medical Center employees will also be given the opportunity to purchase an after-hours parking pass for a one-time fee of $25. The after-hours pass will grant access to park in the garages between the hours of 6 p.m.-8 a.m., Monday through Friday (parking is free on the weekends). Kettering Medical Center employees who would like to purchase an after-hours parking pass can do so by visiting myHR and selecting “Payroll”, followed by “KMC Parking Request”, and then selecting the “after hours” option on the ticket.

Any individual who parks in the garages and does not have a parking pass will be charged $3 per visit. If you have questions, please contact Steve Henderson with the Kettering Health Network Police Department at steven.henderson@ketteringhealth.org.
