COVID-19 Employee Assistance Fund

Throughout the weekend, the COVID-19 situation has continued to evolve both throughout our nation and state. Our top priority remains being a safe environment to protect our people, so we can continue providing high-quality care to our patients. We are also working to support our employee family as the COVID-19 response impacts the way we work and live. We have opened our Employee Assistance Program to provide assistance to any of our employees who have been financially impacted by this pandemic.

A special fund has been set up by the Grandview Foundation, with donations being distributed and used to support all network employees who are experiencing financial hardships resulting from this pandemic.

The program is similar to our current Employee Assistance Fund programs, but it is designed to address this specific circumstance in an expedited way. This fund would help provide:

  • Child care
  • Utility bills
  • Housing assistance, rent/mortgage statement
  • Medical/prescription bills
  • Food assistance
  • Toiletries
  • PTO Assistance

If you would like to request assistance, please fill out this form and submit it to myHR by email at myHR@ketteringhealth.org or fax at (937) 762-1199.

If you would like to donate to the fund and support your team members, you can do so through one of the options below:

  • PTO donation: Click here to donate. Click the PTO Donation for KHN COVID-19 Relief button
  • Payroll deduction or Online payment: Click here to donate. Select “Other” for area of need and indicate “COVID-19 Relief” in the box.
  • Check: Send checks payable to Grandview Foundation to 405 W. Grand Ave., Dayton, OH 45405
