- If you received your COVID-19 vaccination outside of Kettering Health Network, it is extremely important for you to forward this documentation to your campus Employee Health office ASAP. This documentation will be added to your Employee Health file and will provide leadership with critical information regarding the safeguards in place for each department.
- If you received your COVID-19 vaccination outside of the network, you will need to receive your second COVID-19 vaccination at the same provider (for instance, your local health department). The network is only allocated second dose vaccinations based upon reported first doses administered by our network.
