Kettering Health recognizes that some have strong feelings around this decision for our organization and in our community. We also acknowledge and respect the right to protest peacefully during non-work time or an approved break. Our first priority is the safe care of our patients—as well as all the support functions that assist with this care—and it is critical that team members ensure this standard is maintained if participating in these events.
We also encourage you to exercise good judgement and caution when using social media. If you have questions about what is acceptable behavior, please review our social media policy linked here.
Please also remember that all media inquiries or interview requests must be directed to the Marketing and Communications Department. If you have questions, please review our media policy linked here.
As you bring questions forward, please continue to check the FAQ as this document is being regularly updated.
Thank you for your commitment to the safety of our patients and teams and for all that you do to deliver compassionate, whole-person care for our communities.
