To keep our teams and our patients safe, Kettering Health Network will offer COVID-19 vaccines to our employees and providers. Currently, the vaccine is being distributed in limited quantities, and we expect to receive our first shipment of the Moderna COVID-19 vaccine the week of December 21. Kettering Health Network will be offering the vaccine at multiple locations beginning December 28 as we continue receiving shipments.
To help appropriately prioritize administration of the vaccine, staff and providers will need to take the survey at this link.
Vaccination is voluntary at this time, but each response helps us in the planning process. If you are interested in receiving the vaccine at a later date or are not interested in receiving the vaccine, we ask that you still complete the survey.
Upon completing the survey, those who indicated they are interested in receiving the vaccine will be placed on a list based on priority categories and contacted via email to schedule their appointment as supplies become available. Please monitor your Kettering Health Network email for further updates.
Vaccinations will be by appointment only. In order to schedule appointments in a timely manner, we ask that all employees and medical staff complete the survey by noon on Monday, December 21.
