Additional sites for COVID testing for Pre-Procedural patients, Employee Health, and the community have been added. Four sites are now live. Hamilton and Troy are for PAT and Employee Health only at this time.
These testing sites help ensure that our network is supporting safe surgeries for our patients, physicians, and surgical teams. These sites also support Employee Health testing and patients in the community with a physician order and an appointment. We continue to evaluate the role of these sites as well as their hours of operation.
Southview Medical Center:

A requisition from Employee Health is still required. Employees do not require an appointment; although, it is highly encouraged.
COMMUNITY
Patients need a physician order and an appointment.
Southview and Huber support community testing with orders.

- Go to the “Visits” icon at the top of the page.
- If you are using the MyChart App, alternately click “Appointments.”
- Select “Schedule an Appointment.”
- Select “Covid Drive-thru Testing.”
- Answer the questions.
- Select the location.
- Select a date and time.
- Click “Schedule.”
