Culinary and Nutrition Services – Staffing and Supply Shortages

The food service industry across the country continues to face staffing and supply shortages. Kettering Health Culinary and Nutrition Services has been heavily impacted by the current situation. As a result, we have had to make some adjustments to our services and operations at some of our medical center locations and will need to continue to evaluate how we are operating, making additional adjustments where necessary.

What you may notice:

  • Closed or adjusted hours at food service retail locations
  • Limited or varied menu options
  • Inconsistent offerings based on the availability of staff and supplies 

Although we know these challenges are temporary, we do not know how long this situation will last. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support as we navigate through this trying time.
