Congratulations to Derricka Smith, who was named Prestige’s December Employee of the Month. Derricka works in Decision Support.

“Derricka goes above and beyond for her customers. She is dedicated to providing value through the information and analysis she provides to the Revenue Cycle team. Derricka recently went through the Epic Registration workflow training, and has spent the last 2 weeks (part time) doing registrations at Soin in order to understand her customer’s workflow. One of her customers commented and said, ‘Positive attitude in keeping groups focused on the opportunities and process improvement. Vital to our movement in Rev Cycle!’.”
