Soin Joint RyckmanDiane Ryckman Expands Roles to Greene Memorial and Soin

Diane Ryckman, administrative director of the Kettering and Sycamore Orthopedic Medicine Service Line and Rehab Medicine, will be expanding her role to include Soin and Greene Memorial which includes the new Soin Spine Center and Soin Joint Center programs.

Diane directed the Kettering and Sycamore Orthopedic Service Line for the past 18 years and the Kettering Rehab Medicine Department for the past 23 years. Diane has led interdisciplinary teams who achieved top quartile in the nation for orthopedics at Kettering and Sycamore and collaborated with physicians on successful growth initiatives that include the Kettering Joint Center, Sycamore Joint & Spine Program, Kettering Inpatient Rehab, Kettering Sports Medicine NeuroRehab & Balance Center, Pain Management, and the Kettering/Sycamore Hip Fracture Program. She also worked closely with the Perioperative Department and the Kettering Physician Network Far Oaks Orthopedists on the development of Specialty Surgical Care.

Diane’s hobbies include writing poetry and home improvement projects. She and her husband, Jim, have one son, Dr. Jud Ryckman and a daughter-in-law, Bonnie.

Shout Outs - David CampbellDavid Campbell is New Director of Business Development

David Campbell is the new director of Business Development for Soin and Greene Memorial. Previously, he worked with the network Business Development team as the physician liaison manager in the east territory which included Greene County.

David will coordinate with service line leaders, physicians, network liaisons, network recruiters, other business development personnel, and others to maximize the opportunities for Soin and Greene and Kettering Health Network.

David has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University and many years of experience in health care, the last eight of which have been with the network. David and his wife have two children. When he is not working, David enjoys serving as a Youth Soccer Coach in the community and also likes to travel.

Vincent FuquaVincent Fuqua is New Manager of Environmental Services

Vincent Fuqua is the new manager of Environmental Services for Soin and Greene Memorial. Vincent comes from Cincinnati Children’s Hospital where he spent the last five and a half years as Environmental Services operations manager. He and his wife, Nicole, have two daughters, Jordyn and Kyndal. His hobbies include spending time with family and friends, cooking, and sports.
