The Grandview Foundation is launching a campaign to raise money for a digital mammography. Grandview has the only analog machine left in the network. There are only four analog machines in Ohio and 18 in the nation.
With the addition of the digital mammography equipment, Grandview will have the ability to obtain clearer and more precise images to diagnose patients, including breast cancer. A mammogram can reveal breast cancer up to two years before it is large enough to be felt.
