Read Time: 1 min

Kettering Medical Center and Life Connection of Ohio are hosting a March Madness organ and tissue donation registry drive on March 20. Employees, volunteers, and visitors are encouraged to stop by the March Madness table in front of the cafeteria and show their support for organ and tissue donation.

According to Life Connection of Ohio*, more than 100,000 people are waiting for life-saving organ transplants; the need for organs far exceeds the supply. From Selection Sunday until the men’s college championship team ends, approximately 430 people across the country have died waiting for an organ transplant.

Increase your awareness and get information about organ and tissue donation. Learn how each person can play an important role in improving or saving lives.

Enter to win a basketball signed by Archie Miller, University of Dayton Men’s Basketball Coach, when you show the heart symbol on your driver’s license or join the Ohio Donor Registry.

Visit the Donate Life March Madness table and sign up to give the gift of life.
