Congratulations to Doris Imhoff, who was named Kettering College’s August Employee of the Month! Doris works at the front desk.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Doris was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“I witnessed Doris take an older gentleman from the college front desk all the way through the halls to the elevators by the parking garage. He must have been lost trying to find an area at the hospital and instead of just pointing to where the man needed to go, she walked half way across the college to get him to the correct spot. She definitely went the extra mile. Kudos to Doris for representing Kettering College in such a great way!”
