Congratulations to Doris Vanzant, who was named Greene Memorial Hospital’s June Employee of the Month! Doris works in cardiopulmonary at the hospital.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. Her nomination shows her dedication to patient care:
“I met Doris about nine months ago when I started at Greene and there hasn’t been a week that goes by when this woman hasn’t gone above what’s expected. Doris is always putting her patients first, by making sure they are comfortable and have timely testing. No matter if she is doing an inpatient or outpatient, Doris takes the time to connect with patients and ease their nerves about their testing. She always goes out of her to work with Nursing, Respiratory, Nuclear Med and the physicians. Doris truly walks the talk.”
