Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Doug Wilson, who was named Greene Memorial Hospital’s May Employee of the Month. Doug works in Radiology at Beavercreek Health Park.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Doug was nominated by a co-worker, and you can read the nomination story below:

“My family and I have had X-rays completed at Beavercreek Health Park in the past, and Doug has always been friendly and professional Yesterday, Doug had a patient that mentioned to him that she had a billing issue and that she has not been able to get resolved. The patient gets X-rays regularly and stated that she was considering getting her services elsewhere. Doug spent time to help her get it figured out and when he couldn’t, he came to Soin to speak with me in person and provide me with the patient’s information to make sure the matter was resolved for the patient. Doug went above and beyond to make sure we did not lose this patient as a customer.
