Employees, dependents, and their spouses enrolled in the Kettering Health medical plan can receive drop-in care at an On-Demand clinic for a flat rate of $20 per visit. Employees not on the health plan can use On-Demand Care and their insurance will be billed as a primary care visit. Additional services may be billed to insurance, such as testing and imaging.
Visit any On-Demand Care location on a drop-in basis or reserve a spot online. On-Demand Care locations are open Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

Pediatric Drop-In Care
Another option for employee’s dependents between the ages of two months and 18 years of age who are enrolled on the system’s health plan is Kettering Physician Network Pediatrics Drop-in Care. This service is provided with a $20 flat fee at time of service for point-of-care tests such as rapid strep swab, rapid flu swab, and urine dip test. Additional cost will be incurred by outside lab if testing is completed.
Patients will be seen by a physician or nurse practitioner in the order of arrival.
The service is offered Mondays from 3:30-7:30 p.m. and Tuesdays through Friday from 8 a.m.-Noon.
