On May 1, 2017, Information systems will be removing the “@khnetwork.org” email domain from all email systems.
This means that Kettering Health Network’s email systems will no longer accept mail addressed to any email address ending with “@khnetwork.org”.
Other systems not associated with email that use “@khnetwork.org” as part of their sign-on IDs will be updated at a later date.
How to Prepare
All inbound mail addressed to “@khnetwork.org” is now being delivered with a modified subject line, adding “[khnetwork.org]” to the beginning of the original subject line. This should help users identify which senders are still using the old email domain. Please advise those contacts and others outside the network to update their address books with the network’s primary email domain: @ketteringhealth.org.
If you are responsible for a system that has been configured to send email (informational alerts, reports, logs, etc.), please review its configuration to verify that any email addresses it contains use “@ketteringhealth.org”.
