Congratulations to Kaitlyn Crabtree, part of the Behavioral Health Assessment Team at Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center, for winning this year’s drawing for a trip to Disney World!
All employees of the month from 2016 were eligible for this drawing, thanks to Kettering Health Network and the Dayton Dragons. When a co-worker suddenly passed away, Kaitlyn stepped up to take care of her team. She took on additional responsibilities to make sure the staff always had the help they needed to continue caring for patients. According to her nomination, “Grace under pressure is a fitting term for Kaitlyn, as no matter the stress or sudden changes in tasks, she keeps a calm and steady demeanor.”
