Employee Engagement Survey Results Are In

Read Time: 1 min

Thank you to the employees who shared their feedback, thoughts, and ideas on the employee engagement survey earlier this year.

You shared

More than 10,000 employees completed the survey–our highest participation yet–and helped us determine our strengths and focuses for the future.

We listened

We continued our trend of strong engagement, surpassing our stretch goal for the second year in a row. The network is in the 79th percentile, meaning 52.4% of employees feel inspired to do great work and are willing to invest their effort to help us be successful.

Employees shared that recognition is one of the network’s strengths. The network continually focuses on celebrating our outstanding performers ,and we are proud that it is consistently identified as a strong part of our culture.

Leader effectiveness was also identified as a strength. We are encouraged to see that leaders are building trusting relationships through openness to input, support of professional growth, and by advocating for their teams.

In addition to identifying our strengths, the survey also helps us determine where we should focus our efforts. The network will continue to work on communication and employee support.

Growing stronger

Leaders are sharing department-specific results over the next few weeks. Once strengths and opportunities are identified, teams will work together to set goals and create action plans to help meet them. Stay tuned for more information and updates about action plans in the coming months.
