Beginning on Wednesday December 21, a brand new Employee Health office location will be open at Southview Medical Center. The new office is located at the end of the Administration hallway, in the same room used for the Flu Clinic earlier this year.
Southview’s Employee Health is here to conveniently serve you. The current hours of operation are every Wednesday from 6 a.m.-4 p.m. Your Southview Employee Health staff consists of nurses Deb Cardlin, RN & Pam Fleenor, RN.
Please stop in for:
- Illness
- Vaccines (e.g. Tetanus/Pertussis, Hepatitis),
- Return to work clearance
- Injury Care
- Needle sticks
- Blood pressure check,
- TB testing for school purposes
- Or just to say ‘howdy’ !
