Employee Screenings

Read Time: 1 min

As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, our top priority remains being a safe environment to protect our people, so we can continue providing high-quality care to our patients. The health of our team contributes to the safety of our environment, and effective tomorrow, Friday, March 20, we will begin screening employees as they enter our facilities. This decision supports the governor’s recent request regarding employee screenings and CDC recommendations that employees should not work if they are showing signs of viral illness.

All employee and providers will need to enter facilities through designated screening entrances.  Screening will consist of two questions and a temperature. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, or other respiratory symptoms, please call Employee Health at (937) 395-8900 before coming to work. Other entrances may be closed to ensure that all employees and providers are screened prior to reporting to work. Please plan accordingly to allow enough time to complete the screening process so you arrive on time for your scheduled shift.
