Employee Vaccinations Available Through County Public Health Departments

Kettering Health Network had over 50% of our employee family take advantage of the vaccine supply allocated for Phase 1A during our onsite vaccination clinics. We have received inquiries from additional patient-facing staff who would now like to get vaccinated. 

We are pleased to share that based on Governor DeWine’s current direction, direct patient care staff who want the vaccine may receive it through the local Public Health Departments: 

  • Montgomery County Health Department – 937-225-6217 (walk in) 
  • Greene County Health Department – 937-374-5600 (walk in) 
  • Miami County Health Department – 937-573-3500, press 1 (by appointment) 

Information about the process for the health departments may change, so it would be best to check their websites for updated information. When going to your appointment, you will need to bring a letter of verification along with your driver’s license and employee ID. The letter of verification can be obtained by contacting myHR, 1-844-235-4647 or ext. 70000. 

If you choose to be vaccinated through this process, please send a copy of your vaccination card to your local campus Employee Health office.
