Congratulations to Lyndsey LaVenture, part of the network’s Marketing and Communications Department, on winning this year’s drawing for a trip to Disney World!
All employees of the month for 2017 were eligible for this drawing, thanks to Kettering Health Network and the Dayton Dragons. Below is an excerpt from her Network Stars nomination:
“Lyndsey is the ultimate team player. It has become a common thing for her to sacrifice her own time to help someone else succeed. She always makes you feel like what you have to say is important, and she has an incredible ability to work through a problem tactfully, finding the ‘up-side’ no matter how daunting it may feel.”
