To honor Cinco de Mayo, the network’s Nutrition Services teams are preparing a special Mexican-themed menu on May 3. Items are described below:

Choice of barbacoa (Mexican style barbecue beef) or grilled roasted vegetables
Crisp corn tortilla topped with refried beans, choice of Barbacoa or vegetables, lettuce, cheese, Pico de Gallo, guacamole, pickled jalapeno, and sour cream
Green Chili Rice
Mexican Street Corn
Grilled corn on the cob tossed in a cilantro citrus sauce and finished with queso fresco
Nachos
Corn tortillas with cheese sauce and pickled jalapeno’s
From the Grill
Mexican Cheeseburger
Hamburger Patty topped with Cheddar cheese, lettuce, guacamole and salsa served on a bun
Dessert Station
Churros
Bavarian cream-filled pastry tossed with cinnamon sugar and served with a side of chili-infused chocolate sauce
