Congratulations to Fawn Adkins, who was named Kettering Physician Network’s November Employee of the Month! Fawn works at Progressive Women’s Health.
The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Fawn was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:
“Fawn recently came upon a car accident and sprang into action. She made sure that the young woman involved in the accident was transported to receive emergency care. The woman had a dog with her in the car, and paramedics weren’t sure what to do with him. Fawn offered to take the dog to Soin Medical Center, where the woman was being transported, so that he could be reunited with the woman’s family. Fawn exhibited the type of kindness, compassion, and care that we all would want in our time of need. The family sent her a wonderful thank you card expressing their gratitude. Fawn is an asset to our team and a wonderful reflection of our mission and values.”
