Occupational therapists or certified occupational therapist assistants teach the pre-op joint classes. One day, mistakenly no one scheduled and not realized until there was a classroom full of patients.
When Caylynn heard, she immediately came at the last minute in the middle of her lunch to teach the class. Caylynn was able to provide the patients with a seamless experience for their pre-op class.
Caylynn contributed to the mission by stepping up and providing patients with a wonderful experience.
