Fight the Flu: Flu Shot Extended Until December 5

Read Time: 2 mins

The flu shot and N95 fit testing have been extended until December 5. The information below has been updated with the latest information.

Kettering Health is dedicated to improving the well-being of the people in the communities in which we serve, which includes preventing the spread of flu. The best way to do that is for all Kettering Health employees and volunteers to get their flu shot this fall.

As in previous years, flu shots are required for all employees and volunteers, and flu shots for employees will be offered throughout the organization September 27-December 5.

There are multiple ways in which you can get your flu vaccination this year:

Flu clinics: Click on a facility below to download the schedule of free, on-campus flu shot and N95 fit testing clinics. The schedule is also available on the Employee Health intranet page.

Kroger Health: Visit your nearest Kroger Pharmacy or The Little Clinic and present an employee voucher that you can download here.

Primary care provider: You can schedule a flu shot with your provider at your next visit.

On-Demand Care clinic: Visit one of the four On-Demand Care clinics. Click here to view the schedules.

If you receive a flu shot from Kroger Health, a primary care provider, or an On-Demand Care clinic, please fax or email your flu shot record to ehprograms@ketteringhealth.org or (937) 522-9295.

If you qualify for a medical or lifetime religious exemption, please submit an exemption form before October 15. If you have been approved for a lifetime medical or religious exemption previously, you do not need to re-submit.

Please note: Those who submitted exemption request forms for the COVID-19 vaccine must still complete and submit one of the exemption forms below.

N95 fit testing

To help make fit testing more convenient for employees, those who are required to participate in N95 fit testing will be able to do so while getting their flu shot. N95 mask fit testing will be available during the clinic time listed above. Click here to learn more on if you are required to participate in the N95 fit testing and how to do so.
