Employees, spouses, and dependents on the Kettering Health Network health plan can now count on a flat-rate price of $20 for a drop-in care visit, paid at the time of registration. This is one step to give employees easier access to care at the appropriate level.
For members on the High Deductible plan, this is a lower cost to access care quickly. For members on the Engaged plan, this is consistent with the usual co-pay.
Drop-in care is a benefit for all employees and their family members. For employees and their family members on the employee health plan, drop-in care is available for a flat-rate price of $20. The $20 must be paid at check-in; if it is not, insurance will be billed normally as a primary care visit. Employees not on the employee health plan can still use drop-in care, and their insurance will be billed as a primary care visit.
