Fort Hamilton Joint Care started their new restructured program for patients who are scheduled to have knee or hip replacements.
Classes are held prior to surgery to best prepare patients for all phases of their surgery and recovery.
Patients will also be able to complete their hospital pre-surgery requirements, such as PAT testing, while they are there for the class. Each patient will receive a Joint Care tote with materials to help them keep everything organized.
