No-cost COVID-19 home tests are now available for Kettering Health’s health plan members.
Employees and their families can order COVID-19 home tests by visiting https:/ketteringhealth.org/services/pharmacy and clicking on “Request At-home COVID-19 Test.”
If you have purchased a home test on or after 1/15/2022 you may request reimbursement up to $12.00 max per test by clicking on “Appro-Rx COVID-19 Test Reimbursement Form.”
Each member can request a maximum of eight (8) home tests per month. Any reimbursement request is included in the allowed eight (8) tests per month.
