Thanks to you Kettering Health Network has the reputation of having the most generous employees in the region. Last year you gave more than $400,000 for Fort Hamilton Foundation, Grandview Foundation, Greene Medical Foundation, Kettering Medical Center Foundation and United Way. Thank you! Your gifts allow us to fulfill our mission to improve the lives of the people in our community.
Many Funds, One Mission
In years past, Kettering Health Network has encouraged employees to give to a variety of causes, including employee assistance funds at each of our foundations, gifts for special projects funded through our foundations, and gifts to United Way.
This year, we are thrilled to announce that we will be combining all of these efforts into one! During this campaign from November 2-December 2, you can choose from many funds and support them with payroll-deducted gifts.
Please make your annual gift to help us support our community and reach our goal of 100% participation.
How to Give
There are three ways to give:
- Visit a secure online portal to give to United Way and select network foundation funds–such as employee assistance funds–through payroll deduction at ketteringhealth.org/unitedway. When entering the amount of your gift, make sure you check the box to designate which fund your gift supports. If you make a gift to a network foundation 100% will go directly to the fund.
- Visit ketteringhealth.org/foundation to explore more options for giving.
- Fill out a commitment form (Click for PDF) which is also available at each foundation office. Return the form (via mail or in person) to your local foundation office.
