For those on the Engaged PPO Plan, your deductible does not apply to these costs. For those on the HDHP Plan, your deductible does apply.
Tier 2 Medical Coverage
This year, tier 2 coverage is now 70/30% after deductible with the exception of emergency care. This is an increase in employee coverage from last year’s 50/50%.
