United Way helps create positive, lasting changes in the lives of thousands living in Montgomery, Greene, Preble, and Butler counties by supporting a local network of health and human service agencies and initiatives.
From hunger and homelessness to unemployment and abuse, United Way agencies meet the most pressing needs of today. And, by concentrating on the underlying causes of such problems, United Way works to solve and prevent them from happening tomorrow.
Choose how you help
Up to 100% of your pledge can go to United Way Partner Agencies or their Impact Areas which include:
- Good Neighbor House
- American Red Cross
- Foodbanks
- Dolly Parton Imagination Library
- Health, Education, and Income
You can also designate up to 50% of your pledge back to one of our hospital foundations, which provide much needed equipment, supplies, and support to our hospital campuses.
How to pledge
Whether you give $26, $260, or more, every dollar counts. Pledge via e-pledge or paper form. E-pledge is easy, safe, and the most secure method of giving.

The different options for pledging are payroll deduction, cash, check, credit card, or bill me.

Increase your odds:
- $1-$2 a pay ($26-52) = 1 chance
- $3-$5 a pay ($78-130) = 2 chances
- $6-$9 a pay ($156-234) = 3 chances
- $10 and up ($260 and up) = 4 chances
