New deadline! All employees and spouses enrolled in the Engaged health plan are required to schedule and attend a free biometric screening before March 2, 2015. Schedule as soon as possible to reserve the time and location best for you.
To schedule your biometric screening for the network location and time of your choice:

- Click the “Schedule Your Biometrics” link at the top:

- Password:engaged
(use all lower case)
Once you create an account, you’ll be able to view specific dates, times, and locations of screening events and make an appointment.
The confidential screenings are conducted by a third party, Health Solutions. Your individual results aren’t shared with Kettering Health Network.
Please remember that if you do not complete a biometric screening by March 2, 2015, your health plan premium will increase effective April 1, 2015.
