Read Time: 1 min

Congratulations to Heather Jackson-Chapman, who was named Kettering Behavioral Medicine Center’s June Employee of the Month. Heather works in Adult Psych at the hospital.

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the people you love to work with. These winners show exceptional performance as defined by the network’s Standards of Behavior, live out the network’s values, and demonstrate the healing presence practices outlined in Called to Care. Heather was nominated by a fellow employee, and you can read the nomination story below:

“I had a patient who had not been eating and was losing weight during her stay here. The patient had requested grapes for breakfast, but the cafeteria was out of them. Heather got grapes from her own personal lunch and brought them in to the patient for her to have with her breakfast. It was a small gesture that went a long way!”
